Standard Shipping and Handling
- Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii.
- Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Express Shipping and Handling
- Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
- Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
- Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
- Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- Custom orders are not available for Express delivery.
Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
- Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
- Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
